IT WON'T START!!

i'm stuck in a black screen!!!!

i downloaded the episode now that i'm trying to play, well, nothing happens! just a black screen
anyone facing the same problem? how can i fix it?

update: after waiting for the black screen to go away this is what happened

If it is a computer I say reinstall the game. I cant really help you if its on anything else but a computer, sorry.
