House Words as Achievement Names
I'm just on Episode 6 now... but as I was going through Episode 5, achievements popping up every once in a while... I noticed the words "We Do Not Sow" come up on the little cheevo box. And I thought to myself "We haven't seen any Greyjoys around, have we?" ...
But then it occurred to me to check the rest of the achievements... and I noticed that from Episode 4 onwards, most of the Achievement names are the words of various houses of Westeros. I didn't recognise most of the ones from Chapter 4 because they appear to all be Northern houses of various levels of import. Chapter 5's ones are a bit more major, so it was kinda obvious. Chapter 6 are completely obvious, now I'm looking ahead at them...
- Episode 5 / Chapter 2 : "Here We Stand" = House Mormont
- Episode 5 / Chapter 4 : "We Do Not Sow" = House Greyjoy
- Episode 5 / Chapter 5 : "High as Honor" = House Arryn
- Episode 5 / Chapter 6 : "Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken" = House Martell
- Episode 5 / Chapter 7 : "Family, Duty, Honor" = House Tully
- Episode 6 / Chapter 1 : "Ours is the Fury" = House Baratheon
- Episode 6 / Chapter 2 : "Our Blades are Sharp" = House Bolton (boooo)
- Episode 6 / Chapter 3 : "Growing Strong" = House Tyrell
- Episode 6 / Chapter 4 : "Hear Me Roar!" = House Lannister (lolz)
- Episode 6 / Chapter 5 : "Fire and Blood" = House Targaryen
- Episode 6 / Chapter 6 : "Winter is Coming" = ... Everyone knows this by now.
And obviously we don't need to mention Chapter 7... because... y'know.... "Iron from Ice".
So yeah. Mad props to anyone who can identify all the Episode 4 ones from memory. I know I've heard most of them before, but I can't remember which is which. I think one of them was House Flint...
I suppose I shouldn't be disappointed that they didn't put my favourite ones in there:
