Why is the audio so poor quality?
The music is so compressed it sounds like it's playing out of a tin can. On PC, Steam version that is. You should consider patching decent quality music at least, because 80kbps MP3 doesn't cut it. 128kbps would help, 160kps would be much better.

The sound has always been great for me. Maybe it's a problem with your game?
It could be the quality of your headphones or they may have broke. Unless you've torrented it, I can't think of another reason why it would be of poor quality for yo.
I agree, 80 kbps sound is just terrible and unacceptable. It's impossible to enjoy music in such quality. I can confirm that my Steam version has this problem.
