Hardest choice?

What choice was the hardest one? The one where you didn't know what to do. Where you waited forever before you could decide, or if you had a limited amount of time, just had to go by pure instinct. Whereas the Asher/Rodrik choice was hard because It's tough to click on the one you're going to leave behind, the one I had the toughest time deciding on was whether or not to use Cotter for bloodmagic. I'd like to hear your thoughts.

  • Royal or Duncan for sentinel. They were made hard because of the arguments made by each person you visit before deciding and I spent a while thinking on what each person said. If your wondering, I chose Royland in the end.

  • Probably choosing whether to use Cotter for the blood magic ritual or not.

  • Whether to accept the marriage proposal with Mira or not.

First time I actually paused the game when making a choice.

  • Choosing to stay or leave The North Grove. It took me over a minute to decide.

With a close second and third being the Poison or Ambush and Butchering Cotter or not. They both took me 50 seconds to decide.

  • Rodrik or Asher, Duncan or Royland as sentinel and poison or butch Cotter.

(I originally spared him, but then I went back and killed him to NOT piss off Talia, AND to save Royland)

    • Choosing life but, downside, being a baby making slave for Morgryn or dying with honor (Mira)
    • Choosing Rodrik or Asher to live
    • Choosing whether to kill Ludd or Gryff
    • Choosing whether to use Cotter for the blood ritual or let him die peacefully
    • Choosing to be loyal to the King or Margaery (I didn't want to get on Cersei's bad side but I didn't want to humiliate Margaery either)
  • Hmm, depends on the definition of "hardest" I guess.

Made me feel the worst while picking and afterward: Accepting the marriage proposal knowing it meant Tom's execution.

Made me pause the longest because I was torn between the two: Choosing Rodrik over Asher, and Asher was my favorite playable character, nay, one of my favorite characters. But House Forrester needed their lord...

    • Choosing Royland or Duncan. (I ended up choosing Royland.)
    • Choosing if Rodrik or Asher perishes. (I left Asher. I miss his grin.)
    • Giving Cotter a peaceful death or RIPPING HIS HEART OUT (I chose peaceful death.)
    • Killing Ludd or Gryff (As Rodrik) (I chose murdering Gryff, to get Ryon.)
    • (And during my opposite choice Asher...) Poison or Ambush Ludd. (I chose Poison.)
    • Stopping Lady Forrester from poisoning herself or not. (I actually never made a choice. I ran out of time before I could make a choice.)
    • Helping Beskha or Malcom. (I helped Malcom, mainly because of panic.)
  • What is happening when you don't decide when lady forrester is trying to poison herself?

  • The longest choice that I recall was definitely the sentinel one. It honestly took me a long while to decide.

Also, letting Ethan decide the punishment for the guy that tried to steal also took me a while.

  • The same thing as letting her poison herself I think.
