Can someone recommend?

I've bought TOMI as I've been a hardcore Monkey Island fan for years. What would you recommend as my free episode purchase from Telltale?

I gotten Wallace and Gromit Ep1 as the freebie. If I didn't have plans to get the entire Sam & Max set, I would have gotten Sam and Max instead.

I chose Sam & Max Season 2 episode 1 after having completed the first season. In my opinion that episode is really good, but you might miss out on a lot of jokes depending on the first season.

However I believe that the episode 1 of Sam & Max Season 2 would work better to pitch the game than the first episode of Season 1.

I got the first episode of Sam & Max and it opened my eyes to the series. Shortly after I decided to get the whole first season, when you buy it you can deduct the price of the first episode, so I think it's a very good choice! :)

Well, there's Abe Lincoln must die. I've heard that's a good... wait... it's already free.

If you're a hardcore fan I would suggest getting the full Sam & Max seasons and the first W&G as your free episode.

I think it depends on your preference tbh. If you like the obscure, dare I say dark, humor go for SBCG4AP, if you like a nice unpressured game, go for W&G if you want to become addicted to all that Telltale do, S&M :D

I have to agree with this, it's one of the best episodes, you don't really need to have played the others, and it'll most likely make you want to buy both full seasons of it.
