What do you think will happen to ******/***** in Season 2 ?

I mean Rodrik and Asher.
We know what Telltale does with Determinant Characters.

Comments

  • Their both military aged men, heavily injured. They could play the same role with a few variations.

  • There are really three options that could happen to play a major role in s2

    1. They are playable characters for the first few episodes and then die off quickly
    2. like the possibility of Mira if she is alive, they become non playable characters for the rest of the series and Talia becomes the protagonist\
    3. The one I like the most, they fade into the background for a little bit while the new characters and the undetermiant ones get fleshed out, and then later, they become the main protagonist in the second half of the series. The third option is the most game of thrones like, characters in game of thrones can disappear and come back anytime. Some characters from season 1 of the tv show do not comeback until Season 4.
  • I feel as if they will get killed off eventually, in later episodes. I also think they won't be playable next season too.

  • We'll definitely be playing as them next season. No doubt. They were left on the main-menu screen when Mira wasn't. They were purposefully shown being taken to safety by either Duncan / Royland / Gwyn.

Asher and Rodrik fulfill the same role, and are the most important people in the story e.g. the ruler of the Forresters. Also, they are nearly everyone's favorite characters. And the decision between them is the biggest of the series. Telltale isn't going to throw away their biggest, most popular characters (let's face it, they don't have many left) lightly. Will they survive Season 2? I doubt it. Will they be playable, and live for most of the season? I'd bet my life on it.

Everything just makes that abundantly clear, I think.

  • We should be playing as them. It'd be a massive dick move if they were killed off. And if they did die there isn't any character worthy of replacing them.
