Who will Telltale kill in the name of "Martinism" in S2 E1?
As we all know, Telltale rubbed out Ethan in the first episode to remind gamers they're playing in George R.R. Martin's sandbox, where (supposedly) no one is safe. Who do you think Telltale will slaughter in the first episode of season 2 just for the sake of sucker-punching us?
Here are the usual suspects:
1) Rodrik/Asher
2) Sylvi
3) Beskha
4) Gared
5) Ryon
6) Talia
7) Elsera
8) Josera

No, no, no. Ethan's death put the story in a certain direction. They didn't kill him just for shock value.
Fixed your formatting - Typing two spaces after a line will allow for a new line to appear beneath it. Anyways, back on topic...
First, I'm gonna focus on House Forrestor:
I could easily see the surviving brother and Mira both dying sometime during the Season. I think Ryon, surprisingly enough, could survive as House Forrester needs their ace up the sleeve for the plot to stay relevant. As for Talia, I could see bad things happening to her, but I don't think she would die - at least, for most of Season 2.
Next up, significant supporting characters:
Gared seems like a good middleman who could stay in most of the story to allow us to see things going on outside of House Forrester. As for Beshka, I could see her taking on a kind of mentor-type role to harden up Ryon during the first half of Season 2. Maybe she will get hurt or gravely injured, but I think she is safe for most of Season 2.
I could see something bad happening to either Elsera or Josera based on a player choice, but I think the other one could be fine depending on which choice you made. Telltale spent a lot of time setting up a sibling rivalry-type dynamic with the two having opposing mindsets, and I could see Telltale forcing you to side with one of them.
As for Sylvi, I could see her dying fairly early on or around the middle of the Season. She doesn't seem as significant to the story as the other characters you listed.
I never said "shock value." Please stop trying to find things in every post I make you can disagree with.
I think it could be a hell of a twist if Gared were suddenly killed early on, shifting our perspective to Sylvi. That way, we'd still have eyes and ears in the North Grove section of the story, and we'd also have a wildling for a PC, which has potential.
Okay not those exact words. What I meant was the whole "no one is safe thing"
I dont know if they will, Ethan was killed for an important reason, to give the players a reason to fight for and hate the whitehillls. With Three Forresters gone, I dont think they need to kill anyone else so soon.
They could do but I dont see what use it would be to the plot
