Why wont I get any items?

I have a problem with Poker night 2 on Steam! I have unlocked Sam's Banjo boundy and i got Banjo Hero achievement but i didnt got any items for tf2 in my inventory. Also i was online all the time. Is this some kind of bug? Can we do something? Any advice will be helpfull!
