Passion or Conviction?
I wonder why this isn't discussed more about. Now this is just me having fun speculating, these are just my theories.
So which side of things do you lean more to? The red and fiery Passion or the blue and iron Conviction? Which one suits House Forrester best?
From what I understand, Passion is where the Forresters acts with their instincts and feelings. By all appearance, this looks like the honorable path. However this also means that the Forresters are not playing the game by using their cunning and they are not taking actions that are long-termed goals. Thus making them even more vulnerable and weak. The good thing about this path is that the characters actually likes the Forrester better in this route and they are fostering loyalty. Asher will keep his strong friendship with Beskha, Mira will still be friends with Sera, Rodrik saving Ryon means that his little brother know his family never abandoned him and Gared has a better relationships with Sylvi. So just like the Starks, their honor cost them deeply, but in the end, by preserving their honor and reputation, the Forresters will have loyal and trusted friends by their side in the future.
Conviction is the one where Forresters acts with cunning and mind. They are willing to put aside their honor in order to achieve a strategic victory. Actions such as butchering Cotter for power, killing Ludd over saving Ryon and betraying Sera in order to stay in Margaery's good grace seems to be securing the Forrester's foundation for the future. However this path is also dishonorable as the Forrester's friends are alienated and angered in this route. Asher will have a more stained relationship with Beskha, Rodrik killed Ludd at the cost of possibility staining his relation with Ryon and his remaining family, Gared stains his relationship with Sylvi and Mira betraying Sera means that she has added another enemy on her list. But as I said, this path seems to make the Forresters stronger in the long run. Asher has successfully securing a better relationship with Daenerys thus giving Malcom a better chance to help them in the future, Rodrik killing Ludd will damage the Whitehill's leadership, Mira staying in Margaery's good grace means that the Forrester have a good relationship with a powerful Great House and Gared helping Elsera strengthening her blood magic means that the North Grove army is secured. Basically the Forresters are playing the game and securing powerful allies and achieving a strategic victory at the cost of their friends and family.
Now I know my theories aren't perfect, but I would like to hear you opinion.

I find passion more appealing and more in character with moswt of the Forresters.
Things you listed for conviction seem more in line with Cunning Strategy to me.
Just to make it less confusing, I decided to scale it as Passion and Conviction, since those are the absolute on both ends.
But yeah, I agree that passion is more appealing as well, although I still got Cunning Strategy in the end.
I got cunning as well. My choices were a bit mixed. I chose more passionate options though.
The red and fiery passion because even in the most shittest moments, the Forresters will always keep their honor, humanity and glory.
I got 3 red and 2 blue, so Passion.
