I am really sorry if this has akready been covered but........

I do not have the crystal (to use with the clamshell) and have been back to the pyrate outside the courthouse (who has it apparently) and have spoken to him till I'm blue in the face and still no crystal..............oooo arrrr what the heck have I done wrong?
