I've messed up my resolution! HELP PLEASE!!!

Hi,

I've been really clever and changed the games resolution to one that my monitor doesnt support! Anyone know how to change the resolution before entering the game? as I cant see anything once the game is launched!

Any help will be most appreciated!

I'm pretty sure that pressing ALT+Enter would have switched the game to run in a window on the desktop, allowing you to change the resolution...
