What should have happened.

I saw this for TWD so why not GoT.

  • Arthur lives if you bring him with you.
  • Mira gets a trial and is not convicted for the murder of the Lannister guard if you hid the knife.
  • Talia and Ryon should not have been in the Great Hall with Ramsay.
  • Norren should have been at Ironrath if you saved Bowen.
  • Ethan lives if you let the guards wait outside the gate.
  • The game should have been a win/lose outcome.
  • If you spare the traitor, he tells you Ludd is going to ambush Asher, thus preventing Rodrik/Asher's death.

If there are more, feel free to add.

  • I agree with pretty much all of this.

  • Yeah, pretty much.

Good ole Game of Thrones. You lose no matter what...

  • Hahahahahah now that is an interesting way of seeing things.

  • I disagree with pretty much all of this.

Arthur lives if you bring him with you.

I think this would be possible, even if he is just forced to go home.

Mira gets a trial and is not convicted for the murder of the Lannister guard if you hid the knife.

Kings landing has no real justice. Its all strings from behind the scenes, I mean why was Andros executed or Tom? Nothing in the game suggested any evidence of wrongdoing.

Talia and Ryon should not have been in the Great Hall with Ramsay.

It was a major part of the story

Norren should have been at Ironrath if you saved Bowen.

Um possibly, but they were not very big characters to begin with, I always found it weird the squire appeared in some games.

Ethan lives if you let the guards wait outside the gate.

This would change pretty much the whole game and give no incentive for the player in the conflict.

The game should have been a win/lose outcome.

Possibly, but with another season they are somewhat limited, the game has had the most variety in characters and events so far. Hopefully they keep that up and expand on it.

If you spare the traitor, he tells you Ludd is going to ambush Asher, thus preventing Rodrik/Asher's death

Again this would lead to too large a change

Then there is no point in throwing or keeping the knife.

It was a major part of the story

It makes no sense though. Why the hell would Ethan and his mother just let Talia and Ryon in knowing Ramsay Snow?

Um possibly, but they were not very big characters to begin with, I always found it weird the squire appeared in some games.

I agree since I found out that Norren's voice actor also played Ludd's voice. But then what's the point in saving Bowen? All he does is attack Harys only if you poison Ludd's drink.

This would change pretty much the whole game and give no incentive for the player in the conflict.

Not exactly. They would still have to try to keep House Forrester in Balance. And the Whitehills still would try to take the Ironwood for themselves. And they would still have to get an army to prevent the Whitehills from killing the Forresters. And what's the problem with chaning the plot? The story is tailored by how you play.

That's a good point but I tried so hard to keep the Forresters from falling. It disappointed me and others that we all got the same ending of House Forrester falling. And there still would possibly be another season even if the Forresters win because they still have yet to find out about Gregors bastards and see if Malcolm had made his alliance.

Again this would lead to too large a change

And what's wrong with that? If the brother doesn't die, both Rodrik and Asher could have won the war. The Beast would still be alive too possibly. Plus this is how our choices matter. I know the story is tailored by how you play but that doesn't mean decisions don't matter.

Arthur lives if you bring him with you. I think this would be possible, even if he is just forced to go home. Mira gets a tria
