What is the the most common physical sensation you feel?
For me, it's tension. My back is riddled with it. They say that the way you feel physically, will influence how you feel mentally and emotionally. Well if that's true it would explain why I am often nervous, uncomfortable, tense, and insecure.
You know that worried feeling that you get in your chest, where your chest feels almost empty and tingly, and you have an almost butterfly colection loose in your stomach, well that's what I feel a good majority of the time.
I don't know why the fuck I'm like this and I don't know how the fuck to change it.
And I know that bitching about it I'm here and going to do a fucking thing, so I'm going to change it in any way shape or form, but at this point I really don't know what else to do.

Pain. I was born with glass bones and paper skin. Every morning I break my legs, and every afternoon I break my arms. At night, I lie awake in agony until my heart attacks put me to sleep.
You're not serious are you?
physical sensation
It's true. The only way I can keep on living and to pay off my medical bills is to sell bars of chocolate in bulk ;(
Omg you had me. You really did. I believed in you. IN US.
Chest Pain and Muscle Pain do to tension and anxiety.
Well, there's a tingly feeling for about 30 minutes, followed by hours of shame and regret.
...
Though people have already made that joke.
Is that why they called you Mr. Glass?
I could make a joke about being aroused
In all seriousness I just don't know. There isn't really anything physically wrong with me. I'm also quite often in a good mood. That said I am a bit overly sensitive and get upset easily but that has no relation to anything physical.
I often get body pains these days.
