Bug after warehouse scene?
So in the warehouse you can decide to be violent or not to the thug that Batman finds. I decided to not be violent with him and even Gordon noticed my nonviolent ways. Next scene Alfred scolds me for beating up the guy.
This has to be some sort of bug, right?

Has everyone else had this problem?
Yeah, I had the same problem, and even more. It seems as though the game registers your choices incorrectly. I also gave a quote to Vicky Vale while the codex claimed otherwise. Lastly I didn't shake Falcone's hand, (though I did chalk his cue) and later Alfred tells me that I shouldn't lick the guy's boots. Maybe the last one is meant to be that way, but still...
So yeah, these are most likely bugs.
