What does Penguin look like that?

The guy that Bruce met in the park was named Oz whose full name is Oswald Copperbolt which is the Penguin, but why did he look like that? Shouldn't he be short and fat

    It's Telltale's own take and adaptation of Batman, they're going to do what they want with the characters to tell their story.

    I don't know what to think about him. Bears the name of Penguin, he's mad like Joker, revolutionist like Anarky, childhood friend of Bruce like Hush, uses toxic gas like Scarecrow/Joker. Time will tell.

    It is not the first time a Batman character is reimagined and it won't be the last.

    I enjoy when they do this very much, because it gives a different spin and feel for each Batman rendition. This is no exception.
