Morning All

As a pretty useless technophobe, I've just bought the Back to The Future 30th Anniversary edition game for my xbox360, but it won't load?

Sometimes I get in, then to the start up video screen, then we get some buffering and then total freeze?

Any tips, advice or support would be gratefully received. After 2 hours trying it's driving me mad!
