VILLAIN OR VILLAINESS IDEAS AND RE-IMAGING?? (this discussion is for fun)
For example ..I have a Joker re-image on my mind whether or not he is going to become one of TT villains:
If they ever think of making their own Joker they should keep the suit, but i imagine him with very long bright yellow lime-ish colored hair.. with curls at the end and like a thick green streak in front like a bang..or a long ponytail ..still with his crazy smile and all!
Or maybe he would be like Bloody Mary from twau and won't reveal his real poker face unless there's a boss battle (still an obvious Joker having the suit , hair, and pointy face tho)

I would love to see mr freeze in season 2 and potentially get a chance to redeem him

If Harley does appear I want to see her Pre Joker for a while first, show off the more professional version with hints that she has the promise to turn crazy, just as Oswald and Harvey can.
I would love Mister Freeze, even though the Arkham games did a fantastic job on him. But I would happily see him again so long as he's not like the crappy New 52 version where they screwed up his origin so badly.
Riddler would be ideal, but I think he thinks to be the focus of a whole episode with genuine riddles and clues to have to solve and bump up his intellect side more than the Arkham version did. I'd suggest Hugo Strange as well but given he was such a focus in Arkham City maybe not. But I think him running the Asylum would be better than Crane.

Lol yea and Pre Harley asking Bruce if he would like a therapy lesson to help him cope with his past.. have some sort of first person connection and get to know Harleen Quinzel because when you think about it, you really don't know why she would turn and a ttg dialogue game would be fun in figuring her out even more because it's..telltale
I think if the rumours about Bruce being captured and possibly committed to Arkham pan out it would make a great scene if Hugo or Crane has Harley as Bruce's therapist. So I love that idea.

true true..but i also think it's just Oz trying to take over his family's Hospital with criminals or stop it from opening? i don't think anyone can convince someone ..sane Bruce is crazy but maybe someone who has a lot of power? idk i don't think Mayor Hill would throw Bruce into Arkham and Oz is too broke to do so himself and he doesn't necessarily hate Bruce now anyway..maybe episode 3 just means Bruce and Batman haven't redeemed themselves as "not a gangster" instead
