Just save money and don't buy episode 2 yet. I believe fix will be released on Monday, maybe Tuesday. In one email they mentioned that they had found root cause of problem and it was 3 days ago.

You people have to know, that Telltale probably already did everything they could. It's now up to Microsoft to deploy the update. But that process is not that easy. Microsoft has to verify the update and it takes time. It could take up to 2 weeks to get verified. But since it's a small update, it should be out next week if i had to guess.

Microsoft reimburses but shorty after removes access to playing the game. So it shows up later as installed but you still have to pay to play. Fuck you telltales support

I'm not trying to whine but this annoys me to no end. I barely play video games but bought the batman game just cuz it looked cool (so far it is) and if I'm spending my hard-earned money on a disc that "guarantees I'm gonna get the episodes as they come out" then I should get just that. If that's the case, why not realese all the episodes at once?

I purchased the Season Pass via the PSN store on my PS4. Episode 2 is still showing as Purchase. When I click the purchase Season Pass option it takes me to the PSN store and then shows I already purchased it and it's installed.

Update: The issue has now been resolved. To install the episode, please make sure that your disc is inserted into the console and login to an Xbox Live account. Episode 2 can be installed from the Episodes menu.

I got my refund from Microsoft they credited me the 4.99 plus tax for the episode purchase.

I had to contact Microsoft to get my refund.
Did you thoroughly test this to make sure none of the other episodes are going to have this issue?

So apparently hard resetting may resolve my issue o_O gonna go test this out now
