I can't install CSI: hard evidence!

i bought the game today and started installing it right away. it was okay untill the installing bar or something filled up then it popped up saying it was missing URLs and something else. i dont know how to fix it. should i take it back or try it on another computer ?
please help

    Can you tell us what the exact error messages are? Also, what operating system are you running?

    you are not making it easy because of many detail missing but "missing URLs" looks like an update problem
