I don't think so, though I do think she'll probably be the one who breaks us out of Arkam Asylum. As she said, she is always trying to break into bigger and better things. So I'm up for that bet. I don't think we'll play as her. Given the only TT game that let's the player take control of another character is TFTBL, if I'm not mistaking, and the up coming walking dead season 3.
In both cases it's always a protag the player would play. Because cat woman is not the protag, I doubt we'll play as her. I see no reason for it. But it would be interesting if we did.
I think Alfred and Selina will join force to save Bruce.
I also imagine that Lucius have a determinant role in helping Bruce out, depending whatever you told him to stay in Wayne company or go and work for him.

She'll probably play some role in breaking Batman out, but I doubt she'll become a playable character.
