One of the major decisions for episode 3 shouls be
should be whether to try and resist the drug vicki stabbed you with the drug or give in to the effects instead. If he trys to fully resist, he will end up screaming in agony and witnesses would believe he was drugged. He would almost attack cobblepot before being restrained. Then, he would sent to a regular emergency hospital instead of arkham asylum. Episode 4 can then start in the place he ends up in and then both paths would merge after the opening scene

That pointless; nobody would give in to the drug.
I meant if he would try to resist longer or not.
Perhaps a viable decision would be to whether attempt to resist the drug or attempt to have Vicki Vale arrested.
Either option would lead to the current outcome in which Bruce attacks Oswald, but if you alerted the press about Vicki's motives the press, general population and police would be suspectful over her in the fourth episode.
But it's a bad choice because no one is going to not try to resist. A similar choice in TWD would be "Shoot your friend in the face for no reason, or don't?"
You can't fight the drug, that's the whole point of it. If you could, why would anybody not do that?
That defeats the purpose of the drug that makes you UNABLE to resist its effects. If there were a choice, it'd probably just be better if it had you choose between attacking Oswald or Vicki depending on which thought you pick.
Actually your idea's a better idea. There had to be witnesses overhearing vicki.
You know what I didn't get. When Bruce first got stabbed, he still had control of his vocal actions, so why didn't he like before say that Vicki is the leader of the Children of Arkham, that he's been drugged to the public so that it be easier for them to handle. I get that in either scenrario in both real (Telltale wants to keep the story focused) and in the game (Bruce didn't think about it at the time and was more confused about why she did that) but even that option should be pretty obvious. Do you agree with me on the topic?
