She watches you having sex/friend-zoning Catwoman and he enjoys it, then she reveals you to Harvey so he could go crazy and kill Bruce.
She also probably was listening to the conversation between Catwoman and Bruce about giving his job to Oz so he could tell Vicky that was a perfect moment to drug him.
She didn't help in the battle against Harvey.
And she knows Batman is Bruce Wayne!, that is a very dangerous information for someone to have.
Maybe Vicki is just Selina's cat lover, or is some sort of relationship like Harley Quinn (Vicky) with the Joker (Selina's cat).
