Was Vale always Lady Arkham? Or Lady Arkham disguised herself as Vale in ep3 end?

    Based on the recent Batman Unmasked episode, Erin Yvette (the voice actress of Vicki) had known from the beginning she was going to be the villain, so yes, Vale was always meant to be Lady Arkham.

    She wasn't really helping. She'll release the info on Falcone but her people wanted to expose and murder him. She'll get a quote from Bruce and offer to help while being the only reporter who could have either Falcone and the major story and asking Batman to go after him. She'll tell you where the Children are so she can try to kill you there.

    She did just enough to look helpful while actually screwing you over.
