In relation to my Trailer analysis...

My words as soon as the episode was over;

"Wait, that's it?"

Not only was the episode concluded way too quickly, the trailer itself really set us all up for some disappointment. I'm willing to bet that I'm not the only one who was expecting a lot more based on the trailer.

Anyways, I'm not gonna post spoilers in here because the episode is still fresh, but I will say that most of my analysis wasn't too far off, the only doozy was that I thought Ozzie was a pawn or threatened/beat up by Lady Arkham. NOPE! The bruises were because of Bruce when he beat him at the press conference.

Anyways, what did you all think?

  • My words as soon as the episode was over; "Wait, that's it?"

I had the same reaction, honestly.

After the fantastic Episode 3, this was a pretty big let-down.

It was disappointingly short, and it seemed like previous choices didn't have as much weight in this one, especially with a certain character, whom I'll refrain from naming, due to potential spoilers.

Oh well. I just hope Episode 5 is better =/

  • Hopefully it will be. Episode 4 really didn't leave you on too much of a cliffhanger as much as episode 3 did...

  • Yeah.

I don't know, it just felt really half-assed. It's a shame, as this was turning out to be one of my absolute favorite Telltale games.

    Speak for yourself.

  • Yeah. I'm not letting it get to me and spoil the fifth episode, but I was expecting a lot more action in this episode based on the trailer...

  • Oh? Do explain, because the trailer showed off a ton of action sequences and showed off some REALLY intense moments and showed a possibly further developing relationship between Selina and Bruce, but no, we see a whole load of the opposite in the actual episode.

Don't get me wrong, there were some moments where I was like "OHMYGOSH DON'T DO IT!" But that wasn't as common in this episode as compared to episode 3.

  • Episode 5 will probably have more action than this one did.

Telltale has hardly ever let us down with their finales, so I'm pretty optimistic.

  • Alright, I suppose I should head in with that mindset as well ^-^
