Can't download episodes 2 - 5
Hi,
Watched the BTTF Netflix Documentary the other day that mentioned the Telltale game--which I had only played the first episode of ages ago. Anyway, I went ahead an bought ep. 2 -5 but I haven't been able to download them for a bout a day-and-a-half. Keep getting connection failed error at no more than 8% download (download is also very very slow). This is true if I try to download just one episode or all of them (using restore purchases). I've reset my phone (iPhone 7 128mb, latest ios), also tried it on LTE and wi-fi.
Figured something is up because I never had these problems with TWD episodes. Also there is no support thread for BTTF --and I don't see an email address/form--so that's why I'm posting here.
Was wondering if there was an alternative method of downloading the episodes? Through iTunes maybe?
