I know that but there was about a week between episode two and three where he was in the hospital and not bringing any altered DNA samples home with him. Then episode three was like three days, two days in Arkham, then maybe another day or two. There's got to be plenty of unaltered DNA still at Harvey's place and if he takes a bunch he can see which is altered and which is not.

Indeed he can, but Bruce sais that the trick works only with his DNA so to use that trick on Harvey he needs to get Harvey's DNA. Could be hard.
No he can't. You need a sample of DNA from before they were drugged to cure it.

He's already drugged now though. Bruce was only able to cure himself because they had DNA from BEFORE he was drugged.
