Does **** know?
Does Penguin know that Bruce is Batman? He has access to all of his tech and the secret room underneath Wayne Tower. There's no way he doesn't know at this point.

There should be no way Penguin is dumb enough not to know, but it seems to be the case. Otherwise he would surely have revealed that he knows and would have adressed Batman as Bruce instead. So yeah. Oswald seems to have had a concussion when Bruce beat him up or something, because there's no way anyone is that stupid.
I mean, I assume he does. During the fight he says that after its done he will know "all our secrets" but I mean, Oz, buddy. you clearly should know our biggest secret by now as you are hacking Batman's Wayne tech in a secret Bat computer under Bruce Waynes office.
That's exactly what I thought.
Right? There's no way he doesn't know! But like EpicMustacheGuy said he doesn't address him as Bruce during the confrontation.
It could be a case of him choosing not to know. He respects Batman even if he's trying to kill him and he's convinced himself Bruce deserves all this because he's just a spoiled little rich boy. It might not be so easy to hate Bruce and justify what he's doing if he has to face the extreme lengths Bruce goes to to help Gotham and all the good he puts his ill-gotten money to. Bruce throwing money behind good political candidates or into charity is easy. It's good but doesn't take much effort. Being Batman...it's different. I don't know how Oz would take it.
(On a side note, it's perfectly possible Oswald's figured it out for himself.)
I'm guessing Oswald hasn't made the connection yet. He probably assumes Bruce is too much of a pampered rich kid to have the cojones to do what Batman does. All the more reason why I'm hoping we'll get a chance to reveal our identity to him, just to see his reaction. It could vary from "You've gotta be bloody kidding me" to "I knew it! I always knew it!!"
He references Wayne right in front of Batman so i'm assuming no.
What is also possible, I think, is that Penguin simply doesn't want to believe that Bruce and Batman are the same person. After all, it's Bruce we're talking about. A person that to him is nothing more than a pampered, spoiled rich kid, sitting comfortably on the top of the big pile of money that his evil, corrupted father gave him, the "perfect" image of what is wrong with Gotham in Penguin's eyes. So after finding out all this tech, it might've been easier for him to simply assume that Batman is on Bruce's payroll.
on the topic of knowing, Joker never cares who is behind the mask, it would ruin the game for him. But am I the only one that felt he knew ?
Yeah, I have a feeling Joker knows that he's Batman.
Yeah, it's weird, because there were a few moments up until this episode were I kinda got the sense that Penguin has known his identities all along. Or at least ever since they hacked Wayne Tech. I would think that the CoA have figured out, at least, that Wayne Enterprises is Batman's patron, so they specifically targeted Bruce and Wayne Tech knowing they'd be eliminating Batman, too.
Running low on tinfoil at this point
It's not tinfoil hat it's pure logic. I know suspension of disbelief and all that but come on Bruce has done a terrible job maintaining his cover.
Right on. I guess I have my doubts because I feel like it would have come up during Batman's brawl with him if the player decided to go that route. Unless Penguin's got a good reason not to play that card. I dunno.
It would seem to be in his character to unsettle Batman with an intel he could never expect. I honestly think he would have pulled that move if he knew.
By the way, Penguin will "remember" if you went hard or easy on him so I guess he will appear in some form in Ep5.
we have literally seen "x will remember" and get killed 2 seconds later, so I wouldn't put too much stock into it, though I am not saving he won't show up. I love TT games but really there aren't many choices that impacts beyond sometimes location or a character surviving 1 episode and then gets killed of the next. I view them as choose ur own adventure stories, how u get there is slightly different but usually same ending which is why twd s3 jumps forward since it has 5 endings.
