Bogey man probelms

I am having trouble with The Bogey Man for 2 reasons.

1. The game will not show in fullscreen
2. The game will not save my progress - Every time I start the game, the ''CONTINUE'' button is dark and can't be pressed. Can I please have some help?

    It works fine for me: Playing at 1920x1200 on fullscreen mode, and the game saves correctly, I can continue without problem... The fullscreen problem could be a driver problem (update your graphic card and DirectX drivers), but the savegame problem is odd...
