PS4 TELLTALE BATMAN CHOICES LOCKED AND RESET

So I've just gone to replay episode four last night in preparation for episode five releasing today, and I've come to realise that all of my previous decisions have been reset (SPOILERS!! the game is saying that I chose to save Harvey over Selina, and rejected Selina's advances, etc.), and furthermore, I cannot access ANY of my choices ingame or on Telltale's official website - the website is saying that I haven't even made any decisions! Can anybody please help me out with this, because at this stage I will be unable to play episode five at all, and it seems as though I am the only one currently having this problem. Help anyone???
