Free Season 2 DVD?

Strictly speaking, my Mum brought me Sam & Max Season 2 Upgrade last Christmas and I've just realised that I should be able to get Sam & Max Season 2 DVD for the price of postage. Any way I can claim my DVD? :(

    You should be able to put the order number for the season into the store page of the disc, and then you can buy the DVD for $0.00

    However I can't seem to use my single episode to buy the DVD or the upgrade, so there may be a store problem with season 2.
