Batman update problem

I received the first episode for free on steam and bought the season pass for the other 4 episodes however now I can't open the batman game and when I try to play from steam it keeps saying it has 5-9 hours of updating. I've tried for 2 days now and it keeps saying I have 5-9 hours of update before I can play the game. Can I get refund for the season pass or a solution since I'd like to play the rest of the season
