Why no response to inquiry?

So, I bought the series for Monkey Island as part of the pre-sale, and never got my free download code...

I've inquired twice to customer service, never any response...

What does it take to get my question answered on how I go about getting my free download that was promised when I bought MI?

    Did you get a confirmation email saying you had bought Monkey Island? That email had the coupon code and link to the Private Pirates forum in it.

    If you never got the email, and you've sent requests to support@telltalegames.com then they probably replied but the reply may have been swallowed up by your ISP, it sometimes happens.

    David E or another helpful TTGer will probably get back to you shortly.

    Never got emailed. My profile had an old email address I abandoned a year ago, but now I have no recourse it seems, since I can't get an answer on how they can resend it to my current address...

    Hi Kilroy, if you never even received the automated reply with your support ticket ID, there's probably a deliverability issue between our support email address and your mail provider. Can you PM me with the email address you used to contact support? I can search for your tickets and see if you received a response (and if so, pass it along to you).
