So, I bought the series for Monkey Island as part of the pre-sale, and never got my free download code...
I've inquired twice to customer service, never any response...
What does it take to get my question answered on how I go about getting my free download that was promised when I bought MI?

If you never got the email, and you've sent requests to support@telltalegames.com then they probably replied but the reply may have been swallowed up by your ISP, it sometimes happens.
David E or another helpful TTGer will probably get back to you shortly.
