Incomplete Save

**When I go to import my fully completed save of Walking Dead season 2, Telltale tells me its incomplete. I have without a doubt went through both seasons 1 and 2 completely. I want to use my completed play through choices, without having to generate the choices. What am I doing wrong, for it not to register as a complete save?
