Says i'm offline, can't view choices (PS4)

Everytime I check my choices in-game, it says i'm not online which isn't true. I cant even download Episode 5 on the physical copy i'm playing on. What is this?

    Personally, I would guess that it might just be server issues on either Telltale's end, or the end of Playstation Network/Xbox Live since so many people are using those services today for obvious reasons.

    For assistance with your problem, feel free to consult the Telltale Support Center. From there, you can search for the solution to your problem depending on which Telltale series you are playing as well as the platform you are playing on.
