Bug... i waited for tripp to take me, in season 2 it said i didnt....

so i waited for tripp to take me in the morning and didnt sneak off with the doctor, but in season 2 tripp said i should of waited for him and that it was my fault kate was shot.... what kind of stupid bug is this that doesnt follow my choices in episode 1 over into episode 2? grr annoyed

    This happend with me except it was the last option of episode 1 were u sttay with clem or go to prescott to help kate during the surgery. i chose stay with clementine yet in episode 2 it made me go to Kates surgery. so i got mad and then i was looking for a fix, so what i did was delete my save file and replay ep1 and when i started ep2 it finally worked.
