Can you send me this please telltale. I have emailed you three times asking for my manual unlock code. See my emails re serial code etc.

    Have you checked if the Answers have been blocked by your Spam Filter?

    Meanwhile we could try to figure out your other problem if it still exists.

    Hi josvo, I'm trying to dig up your support tickets, but I can't find anything tied to your username or the email address connected to your telltale account. Did you use a different email address to contact us? Did you receive the auto-generated response from support with your ticket ID when you wrote in? Send me a PM with the details and I'll look into it!

    sorry to invade the thread but I have the same problem and have already sent 2 mails, posted a thread and tried to pm an administrator and still haven't received any kind of answer. I have been waiting for weeks now... HELP!!!

    I can access and unlock TMI on my computer that is directly connected to the internet but on my gaming computer, which is connected wirelessly, I cannot connect. I've sent several requests from for an unlock code but I haven't gotten one yet, I was able to play chapter 1 from my other computer but I had to lower all the settings and it was painfully slow, I would like to finish the series on my gaming comp. Please send me a code.

    System Specs:

    Windows Vista Home Premium edition
    2.4 GHz quad core processor
    4 G Ram

    Ps. I've also tried turning off all of my windows and router firewalls before unlocking and it still didn't work.

    There is nothing from you in spam filter, I have been checking.

    I no longer require an answer re why I could not see the gameplay. I got round this issue by playing this game on my non internet pc, hence my need for the manual unlock codes.

    Hi josvo,
    I remember replying to this ticket and asking you to request another request code as the one provided was invalid. Maybe a junk or spam folder has eaten my reply?

    Go ahead and send me a private message with the new request code and I'll shoot over a manual unlock code.

    Ive had the same problem. I emailed support 8 times now and I still have no response. COuld you help me get my manual unlocks??

    jhaan, I don't think that bonnie will be able to help you as she left Telltale last September.
    Did you try the solution suggested by Bit to the Future in the thread you started?
