So you're having trouble with a game, eh? Never fear, you're in the right place!

We offer support here for Telltale's games (Sam & Max, Bone, Telltale Texas Hold'em, and to some extent, CSI: 3 Dimensions of Murder). If you're having trouble with one of these games, please post in this forum. Be sure to include which game you're having trouble with and be as descriptive about the problem as you can. (You might want to check our support FAQ first to see if your question has already been answered there.)

If you're playing Sam & Max on GameTap, we can help if your problem is game-related, but not if it's GameTap-related. If you're not sure if the problem is game-related or GameTap-related, post here and we'll tell you if you should contact GameTap. The best way to get help with GameTap is through their support link or by calling customer service at 1-866-722-5295.

If you need support for CSI3, be aware that as the game's publisher, Ubisoft is the official source for tech support. They can be reached here. But we will help if we can!

If you're looking for help with a third-party game that you bought on our site (Ankh, Al Emmo, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, or Samorost), please visit the developer's website.
