Sam & Max Hardcover Bundle Question

I posted this in the Sam & Max forum but it might get faster responses here (don't want to miss out on my limited edition!)

A. Will both of the seasons show up in the "My Games" section of the Telltale site or will I only get the DVD shipped to me?

B. I already own Season 1 so will Telltale be able to transfer only Season 1 to one of my friends who also has a Telltale.com account?

    A: Yes.

    B: No, they can not transfer it to your friends account, but you can give him your serial and he can unlock the Demo's with it.
