Issues with Episode 4

I was wondering if anyone else had this same issue I am having. I bought the season pack which should have included all of the episodes. Episodes 1-3 downloaded fine but episode 4 keeps taking me to the ps store and asking me to buy for $4.99. It even lets me download episode 5 for free, but not episode 4 and I can't figure out why. Has anyone else had this issue?
