Xbox one and ps4 season pass disk issues and lack of support

So myself and other half purchased disk versions of batman with season pass included and neither are working except for the first episode.

We both separately have emailed telltale and support and 1 month on got a reply and tried what they suggested and still not working.

Is anyone actually on here able to find the solution or help as waiting a month at a time for a reply from telltale support is appalling

    same here. i brought an [All region] disc.

    using a R3 account. (yes i am asian)

    and only can play episode 1.

    RIP to 2 - 5....
