episode 4 not working on season pass disc for xbox one

I would like to download episode 4 of Batman the Telltale series. but i cant seeing how its not for download with the season pass disc. its saying that i have to pay $4.99 for the episode .even know i have the season pass disc that i paid $20.00 . i was expecting them to include all the episodes 1-5. i would like to complete the game. could you send me a code for episode 4 or fix it on the Xbox store . i hope you don't do this with the guardians of the galaxy season pass disc when it comes out.
