Episode 3 loading screen and crash on PS4

Episode 3 won't start...it goes through the "previously..." but you only hear voices and its choppy and after it goes through that it crashes and close the application. Anyone else has this problem? Or kno how to fix it?

    I've never complained about Telltale before, but this issue might be the lone nail in the coffin for me. Telltale never responds to anyone so how am I supposed to know how to fix this? I want to play what I payed for.
