HELP! Is anyone having glitch problems with episode 3?

HELP

So I downloaded Episode 3 earlier today and I've ran into a GIANT glitch from the start. All the characters are invisible, literally invisible. Weapons are floating in midair by themselves but the audio and subtitles seem to be fine. Even in the "previously" part has the same issue. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how can I fix this?
