problem with episode 3 a new frontier download

Hi

I have a problem with the download in episode 3.I have the original game for ps4 The walking Dead" A new frontier" (CUSA 06902) and this is a season pass disc but I cant dowload the episode 3, it says that is coming soon.

I send a mail to psn support team and they say that the problem is the telltale.

But i really dont understand where is the problem and how i could sort it out

please, help me with this. I really want to start enjoying this game...Thanks.
