Not able to download episodes 2 & 3 for A New Frontier

I recently moved to the uk from the states. I've been using my american ps4 here and just bought the psychical copy of A New Frontier here in the uk at the game store. I completed episode 1 and now i want to play the next episodes (Ties That Bind part 2 & Above The Law). The episodes are listed as "Purchased, Coming Soon". Are they not available to download yet or do i have a bigger problem?
