Game corrupted. Have to restart. HELP PLEASE.

Basically I got to the last episode and went to the final mission where you requite the 3 characters and I really wanted to have zero there buuuuut I didn't. So I tried getting him by going back to the 3rd episode and replaying it even though I knew how long it would take to get back. Then my game crashed. And my save file became corrupt. And I have to restart from episode 1. Does anyone know how or what I can do? Is there any TFTBL accounts I could use to just get to final mission again (preferably with Zero)?
