Error Dowloand Language

Hello, I'm having trouble downloading the translation from my language (Portuguese), anyone else having this problem? I saw that the Russians also had this problem with language :(
I use steam.

    Same here ... (my language is french, but it seems that the problem is for every language as we can see in Steam Discussions.)
