Stuck at Checking for DLC
I have contacted support and they asked me to submit a diagnostic log which I did, three and a half weeks ago. I have submitted a second ticket as well as replied to the same ticket asking for a response and nothing. Can someone please help me, or at least provide me a copy of the game from a different platform so I can use what I paid for?!

I had the same problem and I just uninstalled the whole game and all the files I had from the Steamdemo. After all that it started just fine.
