*Hi - I bought ToMI many years ago via the Telltale Store (when it was first released - chapter by chapter!).
I've now realised how much I've missed it so am trying to get hold of it again. However its been SO long since I logged in, the game does not appear in my purchase history (or in My Games) any longer. I still have the emails showing I had purchased it.
I have contacted TellTale and they dont seem to have understood my issue (and took c three weeks to respond). I've gone back to them again and am now waiting again...
Has anyone else had this issue and how did they solve it?

It's not in the store at the moment. You'll need to check the "My Games" from the account you ordered it from. Your current account joined on April 16 this year, so I know you didn't order it from that one. It does show up in my games list (click your profile on the correct account, then "My Games"), so it's not missing across the board.
