Question about voice actors

How come they got the Game of Thrones voice actors, but not the Guardians?

    I imagine that is for a couple reasons:

    1. The Guardians game does not take place in the MCU canon, but is rather its own interpretation.
    2. The HBO Game of Thrones characters were only limited to a few cameos; the Guardians game uses a larger portion of the same characters as the movie and it would be more expensive to get the same actors for several more characters.
    3. Because of the success of the first movie, getting popular Hollywood talent to voice several characters would probably cost much more.

    Those are my guesses anyways, keeping in mind that I am not Telltale staff and these are just arm chair guesses.
